Do I have personal manager?

Yes, once you register and login to your personal area you can go to your Profile > Messages section and click Contact Your Account Manager button to see his/her name and request a call back.

Can I change my email?

Yes, this will be possible from your Profile menu > Email > Change > Add the new email > receive a PIN code in their email inbox > confirm the code in the client cabinet to verify the new email address

What is the minimum deposit, maximum leverage and minimum trade size?

Minimum deposit 1 € / $ / £ Maximum leverage 1:30 according to EU regulations Minimum trade size: 0.01 LOT (with the lot size of 10,000)

My account became negative because of unsuccessful trading. What to do?

In case there is a negative balance and there are no open positions on the Client’s Trading Account, the Company will adjust manually the Client’s Trading Account back to zero (0), in accordance with governing legislation (negative balance protection).

Can I transfer funds between my accounts?

Funds can be transfered from the Client Cabinet. Log in > Funds > Transfer Funds > select the trading accounts.

Am I being charged for the call?

No, we are using internet lines to call our clients and you are not being charged for this phone call.

Do you offer a deposit bonus or a no deposit bonus?

No, it is not allowed to provide any kind of bonuses according to the EU regulations.

Is Instaforex regulated by Cysec, FCA, ASIC or NFA?

We are regulated by CySEC, licence no. 266/15.

Is Instaforex an ECN broker or market maker?

We have both licences: Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments and Dealing on Own Account

I need to change my personal information. What do I do?

You need to send an email request to verification@instaforex.eu or to your account manager. 1. The email must come from the email of the registration of the a/c. 2. Specify the reason for the change of the details. 3. Provide the old and new information to be changed (example: my old telephone number was xxxx and i want to use now the new number xxx because i changed provider) 4. If you want to change address please provide also the new Proof of Address.

I would like to arrange a meeting with the head of the Cyprus office as I live there.

Yes, a client could visit our premises if he requests it. You will have to arrange an appointment.
