Demo accounts are being canceled automatically by the system after one month of inactivity. You may open a new DEMO account at any time.

A Real account gets archived if it remains inactive, i.e. there are no funds and no trading activity on it, for 1 year. However, the archived real account can be restored upon a client's request.

You may send us your request via email at support@instaforex.eu or to your account manager. Once your account has been closed you will be notified by our Verification department.
